What we worked on

Luis and Rachel kept coming back to the same idea: Mexican freshness, Southern Kentucky baking, and a small Austin food brand people could understand quickly. This note captures one small piece of the process from day 26: testing ideas, tightening the menu, and making sure the brand stayed clear before launch.

Why it mattered

A food brand is built through small decisions that add up. Each day helped us get more specific about what customers should taste, remember, and understand when they hear the name Madre Frescas.
