What we worked on
March became the testing month, with notes on bread texture, drink sweetness, cinnamon balance, hibiscus brightness, and what should be available first. This note captures one small piece of the process from day 7: testing ideas, tightening the menu, and making sure the brand stayed clear before launch.
Why it mattered
A food brand is built through small decisions that add up. Each day helped us get more specific about what customers should taste, remember, and understand when they hear the name Madre Frescas.
