What we worked on

April was about making the menu feel complete: organic sourdough, aguas frescas, coffee, sourdough bagels, healthy sweet treats, and event-friendly options. This note captures one small piece of the process from day 4: testing ideas, tightening the menu, and making sure the brand stayed clear before launch.

Why it mattered

A food brand is built through small decisions that add up. Each day helped us get more specific about what customers should taste, remember, and understand when they hear the name Madre Frescas.
