Keeping the comfort
Horchata has to feel creamy, cinnamon-forward, and familiar. The challenge was finding a lighter direction without losing the comfort that makes horchata worth ordering in the first place.
A better fit for the brand
Natural sugar alternatives made sense because Madre Frescas is not trying to be an ordinary sweets-and-drinks brand. The goal is fresh flavor, real ingredients, and drinks that people can enjoy more often.
