The sweet side of Madre Frescas needed to feel special without turning into a heavy dessert menu. That is why the ideas moved toward sourdough cinnamon rolls, dark chocolate oat bites, and treats that still fit the fresh direction of the brand.
Rachel's baking instincts
Rachel's Southern baking background helped shape the comfort side of the menu. The goal was not to remove the joy from sweets, but to make them feel thoughtful, homemade, and easier to pair with bread, coffee, or aguas frescas.
