The site is finally live
After months of notes, testing, naming, and building, Madre Frescas is officially live. The site gives people a place to learn the story, see the menu, and send preorder requests for sourdough, aguas frescas, coffee, healthy sweet treats, and events in Austin.
What we are starting with
The first available menu focuses on organic sourdough bread, horchata, and hibiscus agua fresca while the rest of the menu continues to rotate through testing. That gives us a strong starting point without rushing every idea before it is ready.
What comes next
Luis and Rachel are treating this launch as the beginning of the Madre Frescas journey. The next steps are real photos, customer feedback, small preorder batches, events, and continuing to shape a brand that blends Mexican freshness with Southern Kentucky baking.
