Putting the menu on one table
By late April, the goal was to see the whole menu together instead of testing one idea at a time. A loaf, a drink, a coffee idea, and a sweet treat need to feel like they belong to the same brand.
What we learned
The best items had a clear job. Sourdough brought comfort, aguas frescas brought brightness, coffee brought an everyday ritual, and healthier sweets gave people something special without feeling too heavy.
