What belongs on the first menu
The first menu had to be focused enough to launch but flexible enough to grow. Organic sourdough, aguas frescas, coffee, sourdough bagels, and healthy sweet treats gave the brand a clear shape.
Available versus rotating
Not every idea needed to be available on day one. Separating current items from rotating items helped keep the preorder experience honest while still showing where the brand is going.
Photo idea to recreate
Use a handwritten menu draft, a laptop, coffee, and ingredient bowls for cinnamon, hibiscus, flour, oats, and dark chocolate.
