The first note of the year
The year started with a simple question: what would it look like if Luis and Rachel built a food brand around both of their roots? The first notes were not polished yet, but they kept pointing toward fresh drinks, homemade baking, and something made for Austin.
Two food memories
Luis kept coming back to Mexican aguas frescas, cinnamon, hibiscus, and fresh flavor. Rachel kept coming back to Southern Kentucky baking, sourdough, and the kind of comfort food that feels made to share.
