Listening before launching
Before the site launched, the most useful feedback was simple: people remembered the mix of sourdough and aguas frescas. That told us the concept was different enough to stand out but still easy to understand.
What needed work
Some items needed better names, cleaner descriptions, or more testing before they belonged on the preorder list. That is why the menu now separates what is available today from rotating items.
Photo idea to recreate
Use a notebook, tasting spoons, small drink samples, sliced bread, and simple handwritten feedback notes.
