A morning menu makes sense
Sourdough, coffee, and aguas frescas naturally point toward breakfast, brunch, office drops, and weekend gatherings. Bagels became part of that conversation because they make the menu feel easy to order in groups.
Keeping it focused
We did not want coffee and bagels to distract from the core of Madre Frescas. The idea is to keep them simple, fresh, and useful for customers who want one order that covers bread, drinks, and something easy to share.
